Wearing Invisible Weights : Racial-Trauma Support Group
This 4-week live support group provides a safe and supportive space for individuals navigating the impact of racialized trauma. Rooted in the lived realities of racism, discrimination, and systemic oppression, participants may carry invisible burdens that affect identity, relationships, and overall well-being.

Reclaim their voice and honor lived experiences
Reshape harmful or internalized narratives
Cultivate resilience, empowerment, and self-compassion
Strengthen coping tools to manage ongoing racialized stressors
Why Join?
